I had a good experience at Delta Hotels By Marriott Quebec, thanks to the great location near the Parliament and Old Quebec City. However, my stay was tainted by inconsistency in customer service, especially in the Club Lounge. Overall, I'd consider returning for the lovely atmosphere and clean rooms, but I've hesitations due to the service issues I encountered. 😊

Rooms
8.0
My corner room on the Club level was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bathroom. However, it lacked natural light, which made it feel a bit dull.
Service
6.0
While most staff were friendly and accommodating, a particular lounge attendant was rude, which marred my overall experience.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of scenic sites like Old Quebec City and the Plains of Abraham, making exploration a breeze.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the Club Lounge was decent but could be improved. While the breakfast was good, the service issues really affected my enjoyment.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had nice facilities, but it was unfortunate there were no security boxes in the rooms, which is odd for a hotel of this caliber.

My stay at Delta Hotels By Marriott Quebec was quite enjoyable, especially due to the spacious room and amazing views. however, I did notice some areas needing improvement. The hotel is a bit dated, and while the cleanliness was generally good, certain aspects, like the carpets, felt worn. The service was friendly but could be more efficient at times.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and enjoyed a million-dollar view. though the decor felt dated and could use an upgrade.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, but there were moments of inefficiency. such as long holds on the phone when I had questions.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is perfect for walking to Old Quebec; I loved being close to historical sites and restaurants. although it was a bit of a trek to the elevators.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was notably better than at most Marriott lounges with plenty of options. though there were some fluctuations in service quality.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included a decent gym and a lovely pool. yet the parking garage was a bit intimidating due to its low height.

7.0/10

My stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Quebec was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area on foot, especially with attractions like Old Quebec just a short walk away. However, both the room cleanliness and the service left a lot to be desired, with a need for thorough cleaning and improvement in staff responsiveness. Overall, it has potential, but some significant changes are necessary.

Rooms
5.0
I found my room spacious but not as clean as I expected. There were fingerprints on the mirrors, and the carpets felt old and worn. The beds were comfortable, though, which was a plus.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. I experienced long wait times for breakfast and requested items, and the staff appeared overwhelmed and unorganized at times.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is its strongest feature, being close to many of Quebec's sights and attractions. It was easy to walk around and see the sights, which I really enjoyed.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offered was a buffet style with decent options, but it could definitely use more variety like waffles and cereals to make it truly standout.
Facilities
5.0
While the facilities like the heated outdoor pool were interesting, the overall state of the hotel felt like it needed a refresh. The lobby was undergoing renovations, which made navigation frustrating at times.

5.6/10

My recent stay at Delta Hotels By Marriott Quebec had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Old Quebec and surrounded by great restaurants. However, the ongoing construction was quite disruptive, and the room itself felt a bit outdated. Overall, it was a mixed experience, and I left wishing I had found a quieter place to relax.

Rooms
6.0
My room, on the 4th floor, showed signs of age and felt a bit dark. I also had to navigate multiple elevators to access it, which was inconvenient. The bathroom was surprisingly small despite the room's spaciousness, and cleanliness could have been better.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and eager to help, though I did encounter some inconsistencies, particularly with noise complaints from neighbors. They were quick to respond when I reached out about it.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was excellent, being just a 15-20 minute walk to Old Quebec and near several great restaurants. It was easy to find from the highway, which made it convenient for accessing local attractions.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was decent but felt a bit lacking in quality. I would recommend exploring local dining options for a better experience.
Facilities
7.0
While the outdoor pool was a nice feature, it was small. The fitness room was impressive, and the amenities were generally satisfactory despite the ongoing renovations.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Delta Hotels By Marriott Quebec, highlighted by its great location and clean rooms. However, I encountered some billing issues that left me frustrated, and the hotel did show signs of aging in some areas. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff and accessibility to major attractions made for a decent experience.

Rooms
7.0
The room was bright and clean with a nice couch and plenty of electrical outlets. However, I did notice some maintenance issues, such as a small reading light not working and some electrical outlets being defective. For the most part, I appreciated the technological capabilities and comfortable beds.
Service
7.0
The front desk staff were warm and responsive, which I appreciated, especially when I had to bring up the billing mistake. However, there was a lack of consistency, as I encountered some miscommunication about breakfast vouchers and room service.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk to the old city and other major attractions. This made exploring Quebec City very convenient for me.
Dining
6.0
I found the breakfast options to be quite good, but the dining facilities seemed average and could benefit from a refresh. There wasn't enough variety to accommodate different diets.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included a nice pool area, and I took advantage of the available valet service. However, I noticed that certain amenities were either out of order or under renovation, which impacted my experience.
